Domestic (Italy) and EU orders are generally delivered via BRT / DPDgroup (Geopost), while international orders (outside the European Union) are generally shipped via DHL Express. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping providers where necessary. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your selected location. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped. All packages will be trackable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s). Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging. After your return is received, we will evaluate your item(s). If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Items purchased during seasonal promotions or archive sales and products identified as made-to-order, pre-order or otherwise manufactured specifically upon customer request cannot be returned or exchanged.
