How can I track my order?

Where is my order confirmation?
After placing your order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact customer support for assistance.

Shipping costs vary depending on your selected location:

Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
For customers within the European Union, the prices displayed at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes. For customers outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
What should I do if my order/product is lost or damaged?
If your order or product is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. Retain all packaging and documentation to help with the claim.
Returns & exchanges
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marcocoppolabrand.com indicating your order number, the garment/s to be returned and the related reason. You will receive an answer by 24 hours including returns’ instructions and address.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong size, style, colour, or a defective item, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange a solution.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received, we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-8 bank days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Restock & upcoming releases
When will a sold out item be restocked?
Restocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind that restocks are not guaranteed and depend on product availability.
