Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email, including your tracking number and order status, where you can receive real-time updates.

After placing your order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact customer support for assistance.
We ship worldwide, as our dream is to spread our refined and classy culture all over the world.

Shipping costs vary depending on your selected location:

  • Italy: 10 EUR
  • EU: 18 EUR
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 25 EUR
  • USA and Canada: 50 EUR
  • Rest of the world: 70 EUR
For customers within the European Union, the prices displayed at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes. For customers outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
If your order or product is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. Retain all packaging and documentation to help with the claim.

Returns & exchanges

To initiate a return, please click the “Return Order | Withdraw from Contract” button in the Returns section (below) or in the website footer. You will be asked to enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase to access your order details; then select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your withdrawal.
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Items purchased during any potential seasonal or archive sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, we may be able to accommodate size, colour or product exchanges - subject to availability and the condition of the item to be returned. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us at info@marcocoppolabrand.com quoting your order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange. Our team will review the request and advise on availability and the applicable procedure. Please note that exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
If you receive the wrong size, style, colour, or a defective item, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange a solution.
After your return is received, we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-8 bank days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Restocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind that restocks are not guaranteed and depend on product availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped in the following 1-2 business days (so, orders placed on Fridays are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays). During collection launches and potential sale periods, the delivery process may be delayed due to the large number of orders.


Domestic (Italy) and EU orders are generally delivered via BRT / DPDgroup (Geopost), while international orders (outside the European Union) are generally shipped via DHL Express. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping providers where necessary. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.


Please find below shipping costs and estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 10 EUR → 2-3 business days

  • EU: 18 EUR → 2-5 business days

  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 25 EUR → 3-6 business days

  • USA and Canada: 50 EUR → 5-7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 70 EUR → 5-10 business days

Note: delivery time is only an estimation and not a guarantee. We do not take responsibility for orders stuck in transit or customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are counted from when your order has been shipped (not placed). During high sales periods, our handling time can take up to 10 business days.

RETURNS

Orders may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.


To initiate a return, please click the “Return Order | Withdraw from Contract” button below or in the website footer. You will be asked to enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase to access your order details; then select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your withdrawal.


Upon submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your return notification. Our team will then provide the relevant shipping instructions and return address. Please note that requests submitted after the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period may not be accepted.


Return shipping arrangements and costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged during return transit.


The item(s) must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return instructions. Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, carefully packaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, complete with all original tags, accessories and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage or alteration may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.


Please note that items purchased during seasonal promotions, archive sales or other discounted sales events cannot be returned or exchanged; additionally, products identified as made-to-order, pre-order or otherwise manufactured specifically upon customer request cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged once production has commenced.


Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the products will be inspected and, where all return conditions have been met, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


For all unclaimed parcels, customers remain responsible for any costs incurred in connection with both the original shipment and the return shipment, including any applicable taxes, duties and administrative charges.
